We rode LeJog in June of this year. 1014 miles in 10 days staying and eating in pubs along the way. We are now starting to plan our next ride following our core values....

Mid week training update

Tuesday was the night of intervals as described below. Wednesday was a 50 mile ride which was just short of a 20 mph average. I was 4 seconds/ mile off the pace. Tonight was another 50 miler at a lower pace and therefore my average was only 17mph. Friday will be a rest day then some long rides at the weekend.
The weather forecast is poor for the weekend so looks like some wet rides ahead.
Weight has fallen to the 222lb range so therefore I have about another 7 pounds to lose in 3 weeks.
